SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to administer our various social media accounts. You will be responsible for managing posts and responding to our followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our overall branding goals. This is a remote position, which requires a self-motivated team player who thrives with minimal oversight.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
Design and implement a social media strategy aligned with our overall business goals
Set specific objectives, milestones and report key performance indicators
Edit, publish and share engaging weekly content
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
Oversee social media account design, including overall aesthetic, layout and brand consistency across platforms
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
REQUIREMENTS
+3 years relevant experience as a Social Media Manager for other online-based companies
Hands on experience in content management
Knowledge of online marketing channels
Excellent communication, analytical and multitasking skills
Fluent in written and spoken English

REQUIREMENTS
Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
Proficient in MS Office knowledge
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality
Fluent in written and spoken English
